Processing Time

Orders ship within 2–4 business days of purchase. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping (Duties & Taxes Prepaid)

We currently ship to the following countries:

• United Kingdom
• Australia
• Singapore
• New Zealand

International orders typically arrive within 7-21 business days, depending on destination.

All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid). This means you prepay duties, taxes, and import fees at checkout, and you will not be charged anything additional fees upon delivery.

Tracking

Tracking is provided for all orders. For international shipments, tracking updates may be limited once the package leaves the U.S.

Customs & Delays

International deliveries may still experience delays due to customs inspections or local carrier handling. These delays are outside of our control.
