Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened puzzles. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging, in resellable condition.
  • You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

To start a return, please email us at orders@piecewisepuzzles.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos, if relevant (for damaged or defective items)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

*For international returns, original shipping fees, import taxes, duties, and brokerage fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Orders refused at delivery are not eligible for a refund.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, replacements, or store credit.

Final Sale items are excluded from all standard return and damaged-item policies.

Please review product descriptions and your order carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Pieces

If your puzzle arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Send photos of the damage or incorrect item
  • We’ll offer a replacement or full refund

Missing a piece? Before reaching out, please double-check the box, bag, and the area around your workspace. Still can’t find it? Just send us a note, and we’re happy to help.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
